XPro Camp entertained the youngsters at Shaftesbury Park this summer. With years of professional playing experience, their coaches pride themselves on delivering top quality sessions and mentoring, unique to an individual or group. We have coaches with the knowledge of every aspect that you would want to improve, from skills to set-piece to conditioning and nutrition.
Who Are They
Luke Arscott
Luke is currently studying for his RFU Level 3 award. Having recently completed his 12th year as a professional. Luke boasts former clubs Exeter Chiefs, Bath and Bristol Rugby. Luke still has a huge drive for rugby, he is Head Coach at Dings Crusaders and along with fellow coach James is striving to get the club higher up the leagues. Luke specialises in attack and skills coaching.
James Hall
James is a RFU level 3 coach, and current forwards coach at Dings Crusaders RFC. Former clubs include Newcastle Falcons and Bristol Rugby. James Injured his knee in the 2016/17 season and while completing his rehabilitation is focusing on being the best rugby coach possible, having a huge passion for the game. James is also a level 3 personal trainer and can offer a high level service to suit your sport.
